I’m filing a complaint for Booked.net. At the time of booking I’ve put a note on my booking request that I would like to have a room with a view of Bellagio. You can see this beautiful view on Jockey Club’s web site. Several days after booking the room I called the hotel directly asking for the room with the view of Bellagio. I’ve been told that it’s based on availability but they made a note. I confirmed my understanding that I’m taking my chances. I was ok if my room would face the other side of the Strip. It was long time planned family reunion, my birthday celebration and first time in Las Vegas for everybody in our group. I planned celebration party, my family was coming from distant places and view of Las Vegas played important role in my preparations. When we entered the room I was shocked. I’ve got a view of concrete wall 10 feet away from the window, 20 feet higher and endless to the sides. My attempt to ask for a change ended with total fiasco. I’ve just learn that there is a third party responsible for room assignment and I don’t have an option for a change. My family was disappointed, I was miserable, we had lights on during daytime, we had poor cell phone signal. My party plans were screwed up. If I would know that my room does not have a view I would not book it. I want to know where in your business communications you have a flow that ruined my vacation.
If you get room 870 you are not gonna sleep well because of the air conditioner... Very dark room facing a wall...
It is getting tired and can be quite noisy in certain rooms
i love sstaying there
i liked staing there because it has everything to cook
Excellent location, good price, big suits
The rooms were reasonably clean, but could be cleaner. For the price, it was acceptable. The entrance is not very easy to find if you come from the garage. We arrived in the lobby of the Cosmopolitan Hotel, but they guided us to the Jockey Hotel.
The room is old, the carpet was filthy and so was the bathroom floor, the living room couch stunk, I was under the impression by the room description when I booked the room that the master bedroom had a king bed Wrong, it had two queen beds. The hotel staff are not helpful at all because I booked through a 3rd party the hotel refused to reassign me a new room. Overall horrible experience and I will never book that hotel again!!!
It was a great location! The staff was very friendly and very helpful! The cleaning lady was very accomodating and very helpful and did a fantastic job! The suite was very roomy and it was well equiped!
The suite was very shabby! Carpeting was frayed and dirty, the bathrooms and kitchen floor covering was stained and the couch was old and dirty! The cleaning lady did her very best and was fantastic but the suite needs very badly to be updated!
Great view of the bellagio fountain show!! Central to all the action at a fraction of the price of the surrounding hotels.
The furnishings are old, except the bed is good.
All good great place close to everything
But room was not serviced in 3 days
I love that it has all the appliances needed to make Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner. Helps saving money!! The beds were very comfortable and the rooms were so spacious.I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.
Great center strip location, full kitchen, great value, free parking.
No view, but not much of a complaint given the rate and many other amenities. A bit dated, but everything is fully functional and completely clean.
Large rooms with equipped kitchens.
The parking is poorly marked. Getting in and out of the parking structure is a nightmare. We got lost multiple times. The elevators are poorly marked as well. That was probably the worst thing about the entire thing- worried about finding the car and finding appropriate parking.
the hotel was very well maintained and centrally located.
a bit dated but everything was in order and very clean
Great location. We booked a 2 bedroom suite and were assigned a room overlooking the musical fountain at Bellagio.
Some of the lights fixtures were not working and the tv in the living room as no reception. I have previously read about staff trying to do sales pitch on the time share scheme and indeed they were there trying to lead us by tempting us with offer of free tickets to shows as soon as I had checked in.
The central position is excellent.
The decor and condition of the furniture was poor - tired and worn out. The apartment needs updating urgently. We have stayed several times from the 1980's to the present and the apartment we had had obviously not been re-furnished since then - disappointing.
